HOW TO WATCH

HOW TO RSVP TO WATCH AT THE TIME THE FILM OR PROGRAM IS BEING SCREENED:
You can watch any film or film program by navigating to that film – via the “Film Guide” or “Schedule” pages — and clicking the RSVP button.

This will take you to Eventbrite, where you can register for the screening of the film or film program. You will receive two emails: a registration email from Eventbrite with the Zoom link to watch the film, as well as a reminder email from Eventbrite with the link and screening details.

HOW TO WATCH WITHIN 24 HRS, IF YOU MISS THE SCREENING TIME:
1. Use the “Film Guide” page to navigate to the film you want to see.

2. Hit the “CLICK HERE TO WATCH” button on the top right of the page, to navigate to our secure online portal – Studio Anansi.

4. You’re now on the registration page for the portal, where you will have to create an account to watch the film. 

5. Input your details – email address and a password. In the “Payment Details” section, add this Promo Code: TIMEHRIFF21, if it is not there already. Then click on “Redeem Now.”  If you are asked to input card information, please do, then the Promo Code will populate after you hit the “Complete Purchase” button. Your card will not be charged. But because of how technology is sometimes, if that does happen, please send us a message on Facebook with a screenshot of the receipt, and we’ll reverse the charge.

6. Click on the “Start Watching” button on the next page (you’ll have to do this twice), to watch the film.

7. You will receive an easy to read receipt email from the portal, with details and a link to watch, as well.
